Jerry Meador
A retired CPA and CFP with a master’s degree in business administration. The Valentine Foundation was his long-time client.
TREASURER
Frank Perna
A semi-retired businessman with graduate degrees from MIT and Wayne State, as well as an engineering degree from Kettering University.
SECRETARY
Philip Garrett Panitz
A Tax Attorney working in nationwide tax litigation. Philip has a B.S. in Accounting from Arizona State University and a master’s in taxation from New York University.
Clint Howard
A retired special agent with the U.S. Secret Service who later became the Senior Security and Ethics executive of Hughes Aircraft Co.
Francis M. Dawson, M.D.
A retired UCLA graduate who practiced family medicine in Thousand Oaks and continues to be the volunteer Medical Director of the Conejo Free Clinic since 1978.
